The Sending Alliance now has a French-speaking church! That's right, the Ministry for World Evangelization -- located at 3829 Main St, in Kansas City, Missouri -- speaks French. Their Sunday service (1:30pm start time) is bi-lingual, so with English you can still fully understand and participate.
This church is led by Pastor Abel Dossou Sognon (pictured here with his wife, Maria, and their son). He is also serving as the Liaison between his church and The Sending Project. Pastor Abel has planted 9 churches in West Africa, before being sent to the U.S.A. to plant a church in Kansas City.
With his many church planting experiences in West Africa, including the Ivory Coast and Benin, his KC-based church has many mission connections with that part of the world. Bonus fact: Pastor Abel speaks 9 languages!
