KC Prayer Bus Makes Inaugural Trip
The Sending Project (TSP) Prayer Bus made its inaugural journey around the KC metro area on Saturday morning April 26, stopping at Paseo Baptist, The Oasis, and Indian Creek Community Church. The Prayer Bus is a unique element of The Sending Project prayer ministry...which overall is focused on praying for the mission ministries of KC-area churches and their mission partners.
Marcia Neuenswander, Sending Project Prayer Team Coordinator, reflects on the Prayer Bus adventure: "It was overwhelming to be a part of so many prayers being lifted up for such a great number of KC churches and their mission ministries. It was such a unique and beautiful experience to actually pray together on the bus and as a group right there on the property of three different churches."
The group on the Prayer Bus had a great time praying at each of these churches and also talking and praying on the bus as they traveled from location to location.
Pastor Gary Kendall (2nd from right, in the photo below), met the Prayer Bus at his church, Indian Creek, and prayed with the group!
Stay tuned for the announcement about when the next Prayer Bus event will be!
