The following people are Advocates for The Sending Project, making it a priority to share the TSP vision with pastors, church leaders, mission leaders, and other followers of Jesus.

Doc Butler
Doc is focused on recruiting people from various ethnic groups to get involved with the Great Commission. Doc has served as a principal and administrator in the Kansas City, Missouri, school district for many years and brings a wealth of urban ministry experience to his role as an Advocate with The Sending Project.

Andrew Dean
A former tight-end at Kansas State University, Andrew is now using his winsome skills and talents to get the word out about The Sending Project. His energy and enthusiasm for seeing the Church of KC extend itself to the ends of the earth in a united fashion are contagious.

Gary Groening
Gary has a heart of compassion for those in poverty. He has served locally in the Kansas City area, and has also mentored leaders of a young church in Russia. Gary is a faithful prayer warrior for unity in the Church of KC for the purpose of global mission...and he naturally shares with others about the vision of TSP.

Al Hedrick
Al has a great heart for seeing the “Church Without Walls” be expressed around the world. His years of experience in the marketplace and the church equip him very well for his role with TSP. In addition to his role as a TSP Advocate, Al also serves as the TSP Liaison for Covenant Chapel.

Beth Falkenstein
Beth is focused primarily on urban Kansas City, Missouri. She’s a Sending Project missionary to the 64130 zip code region. Beth is passionate about ministering to women and children in the urban core of Kansas City. In addition to Beth's role as a TSP Advocate, she also serves as the TSP Liaison for True Light Church of the Nazarene.

Eric Rochester
Amidst the various things Eric does in his role with TSP, there is nothing he enjoys more than being an Advocate. After 30 years of vocational ministry in the Kansas City area, Eric is blessed to have friends in various churches and ministries around the city.

Lindsey Rochester
Cross-cultural mission work is something that Lindsey has been involved with over the past several years. She has participated in short-term global mission work and also served locally in the KC area. She has a heart for service and loves to build community among people. |

David Smale
The idea of churches in KC working together in their missions efforts had been on David's heart for a few years before The Sending Project ever began. Brian Wright, pastor of Cedar Ridge Christian, introduced David to Eric Rochester in late 2010. David immediately began to make an impact in the context of The Sending Project. In addition to his TSP Advocate role, David also serves as the TSP Liaison for Cedar Ridge Christian.
